At Ziptopin Art Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your artwork, our Return Policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You may return your purchased artwork within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. The artwork should not be damaged, altered, or used.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as customized or commissioned artwork and limited edition prints may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please review individual product listings for more details.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@ziptopin.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and further instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging the Item: Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Ensure the Return Authorization Number is included with the return.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
- Exchanges: If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can offer you an exchange for another piece of artwork of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the return shipment, as we cannot guarantee the safe return of items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation. Please provide the following when contacting us:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Your order number and contact details.
We will arrange for a prepaid return label for damaged or defective items.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is similar to domestic returns, but please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs duties. Please contact us for specific instructions and guidelines regarding international returns.
